The tire heating blankets are equipped with cable and banana plug. The tire represents the direct connection to the road and is thus decisive for fast and constant race days.
In order to be able to start fast laps from the outset these are now indispensable in the competition world. SCS M2 offers these high-quality tire heating blankets.
The heating blankets can be easily removed from the tire, even if a body is already mounted.
A pair of blankets pulls about 8 Amps, so should be paired with a power supply sufficient enough to maintain enough power to reach and maintain heat in the blanket.
To reach 80 °C takes about 10 minutes, 90 °C about 20 minutes and 100 °C in 30 minutes.
