Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 and our extended terms, our customers have the right to cancel a purchase (contract) within 14 calendar days from when they received their goods and without reason. Your consumer contract begins at the time of delivery.
Should you choose to return goods to us under these rights, you, the consumer, are liable for paying any return postage costs. You, the consumer, will also be liable for any postage costs should you wish to exchange the goods.
The goods returned to us must be in the same condition as they were when they arrived — undamaged and in original packaging. If the returned goods are not in the same condition, your refund will be rejected, and you will be liable for return postage should you request the goods to be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund, or only issue a partial refund, should goods be returned to us in an unacceptable condition.

We, RCM8 LTD, are liable for any return postage costs for the faulty item and, should you request a replacement, are also responsible for the postage costs for the replacement item.
Returning of Goods
When contacting us for a return, please state your full name and order number so the customer support representative can help you quickly and efficiently. Once you have approval, you will be given the current return address and only then may you return your goods.
All returned items remain the responsibility of the consumer until they are signed for at our warehouse, so we therefore recommend using a trackable delivery service that requires a signature at the time of delivery.
We will reimburse your payment using the same payment that was used for the initial order unless you have expressly stated otherwise. Alternative reimbursement methods are available that include gift vouchers and store credit.
We are required by law to issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We cannot accept returns for following items:
- Gift vouchers;
- Downloadable software;
- Opened fuel containers;
- CD/DVD goods that have been opened; and
