Returns Policy - 28 Day Policy
Need to return an item? No problem!
We will offer a full credit voucher or exchange for unused items returned within 28 days of your order date. When returning goods please include a note with the following on:
Name, Email address, Contact Number and Order No. We will contact you to let you know we have received the item. If you don't hear form us within a few days, please contact us. When returning goods, it is your sole responsibility to ensure they reach us, once we have signed for the return, we will take responsibility. If we do not receive or sign for, RCm8 Ltd accept and will take NO responsibility for the loss of items and NO REFUND will be issued...
Where an exchange is requested, you will be liable for delivery of the new item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Name, Email address, Contact number and Order Number
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial credit notes are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Credit Note / Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note / exchange.
If you are approved, then your credit note / exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 67 William Road, Ashford, KENT, TN23 7UT, United Kingdom.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 67 William Road, Ashford, KENT, TN23 7UT, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your credit note / exchange product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the item(s) are sent entirely at your own risk. RCM8 cannot and will not be held responsible for parcels not arriving or go missing. Only proof of a known named person at the given address will be accepted upon a parcel going missing.
